1. General Terms
These terms apply to all users of the nagabi platform, including casual visitors, registered players, and bonus recipients.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nagabi ("nagabi", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nagabi online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nagabi.net and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on nagabi, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period you hold an active account:

3. Account Registration
Registering an account with nagabi is straightforward, but comes with obligations designed to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of every player.
To register a player account on nagabi, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are strictly prohibited from registering using false, fabricated, or third-party information.
Upon registration, you will select a username and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nagabi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
nagabi reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where:
- False or misleading registration information has been provided;
- Duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual are detected;
- The account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illicit purposes;
- The player is found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Required KYC documentation is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.
Players are responsible for keeping their registered contact details — particularly their mobile number and email address — up to date. nagabi will use these contact channels to communicate important account notifications, security alerts, and regulatory communications. Outdated contact information that results in missed communications does not exempt a player from compliance with these Terms.
Account Security: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP in your account settings for an additional layer of protection. nagabi strongly recommends that all players activate 2FA.
One Account Only: Operating multiple accounts is a direct breach of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended and any balances may be voided without notice.
Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on nagabi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
nagabi supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are encouraged to check the cashier section of the Platform for the current list of active payment options.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by nagabi at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds can be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's specific terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. nagabi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are in the process of completing its wagering requirements, those requirements will remain active until their expiry date unless nagabi explicitly notifies affected players otherwise.
Always Check Bonus Terms

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which nagabi offers betting markets;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gambling, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
Where a technical malfunction affects a game outcome, nagabi reserves the right to void all related wagers and return stakes to the affected players. nagabi will endeavour to communicate the details of any such malfunction to affected players in a timely manner.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
nagabi may suspend or close a player account under specific circumstances. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time.
Voluntary closure: Any registered player may request the permanent closure of their nagabi account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, nagabi will process the request within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any wagering-restricted amounts) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC verification.
Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and the player cannot open a new account or access the Platform in any capacity. nagabi-initiated suspension: nagabi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
- Evidence of multiple account operation;
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward nagabi staff or other players;
- Regulatory or legal requirements that compel account closure in a particular jurisdiction.
Where an account is closed by nagabi due to a breach of these Terms, any bonuses and associated winnings will be voided. Remaining real-money balances will be dealt with in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, which may require those funds to be held pending investigation before any return is made.

Cooling-Off Periods: If you need a short break rather than full self-exclusion, cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available directly in your account settings without needing to contact support.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
The following provisions limit nagabi's liability to the extent permitted by applicable law and set out important disclaimers that all players should be aware of before using the Platform.
nagabi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible, secure, and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, or third-party service disruptions (including those affecting payment providers or game studios) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nagabi expressly excludes all liability for:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the nagabi support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. By accepting these Terms, you consent to this dispute resolution process.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of nagabi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
